    For procesess with flammable or explosive materials the muffle furnace is not determine! Samples of organic compound burning in order to formulation of ash content is exception.

    The furnace is engineered as mobile. High humidity and corrosive materials must not attach on the kiln. If by heat process are exhalation, the furnace must be locate on workplace with high-powered ventilation, preferably a quality digestor. Condensate trickling from ceiling or eduction pipe of digestor be prohibited. Unless you have such digestor, then  the muffle furnace can be equipped with exhalation outlet connection. The muffle furnace is engineered for standing on fire-resistant backplate (for example stone, concrete, bricks, ceramics, metals, glass, wood-cement particle boards, plaster boards). Minimal distance from combustible materials are defined in this way: 200 mm from sides, 300 mm from back and 500 mm over the furnace. By arrange the furnace on workplace must we think with place for the door opening. Door suspension mode we can modify in according with your wish. Parts with high temperature or humidity exposition are made from stain steel. Surface of other parts are modified by epoxy colour. This surface is very resistance against heat and corrosion.

    The muffle furnace is equip with modern ceramic fibre thermal insulation. Main benefits from this solving: low weight, low operating costs, faster heating (if need).

Standard type of controller is determined for constant value control. Temperature rise is selectable. Desired temperature of muffle furnace is set on this controller. For heater current input control is applied PWM system. Heater switching is fully electronic. Do you need the time-pattern regulation? Do you need transfer the data to the PC? Supply voltage 230 V AC 50 Hz is feed by connecting cable 2 m long with plug.
